My neurologist when I was in Philadelphia was from Vietnam, she said their National Parks are so much nicer than the one's she has encountered in the United States. I agree with you seeing animals in their natural habitat is so much better.

Everytime a stranger asks me to close my eyes, I keep my eyes open to see what they are up to.
Meditation is not for me.
But I think most people would have 45 minutes every day if they took that time away from social media or TV watching. |

The memories indeed are priceless especially those involved with my children over the years. I took the girl scouts to read to seniors in a nursing home. My own children and I used to do yard cleanup every fall for the elderly in our neighborhood. We had so much fun spending time at their homes, it didn't feel like effort at all.
Your last line in this entry applies to Megan, Neva, you and me, I believe we definitely are leaving positive influences on WDC's community. |

| Yes, I can see how they are and can be so helpful in your line of work. Sometimes, the patient or the patient's family members can't get hold of a dr. or nurse and a volunteer usually can find them. I know this from personal experience. |

Sounds like you and SandraLynn Team Florent!  had a great day cycling.
I had quite a bit of behind the scenes scheduling for our flight but I got everything done, I'm looking forward to Perth Bar-Street Art. Definitely will be kicking myself in the butt, flying with a hang-over wasn't the brightest thing to do. |
